I can't believe I'm blogging about this because, I don't even think I bothered to blog about Aika graduation because it was so close to Gaki's...plus I annoyed Twitter enough with Aika Spam at the time.
THE LINE QUEEN OF MORNING MUSUME IS GRADUATING! KYAHHHHHHH! Reina, and Aichan come to mind if you think of who had a lot of lines during their reign, but seriously, Reina hasn't even been leader yet. Scary stuff.
SAYU TIME!
(Isn't it funny how the first picture I see saved on my computer has all of the solo graduations at the front, and group ones together at the back? lol.)
The Loli queen of all things cute and underage Michishigay Sayumi will replace the queen of bows, leather jackets and freaking coolness. Well...she sort of already is leader and Reina hasn't been...but still! Maybe she'll get lines! Not autotuned lines and be in the centre even more! It makes me hope that there will be 2/3 new girls who take the centre along with Riho. Maybe Fukuchan, Eripon and Ayumi =3
Reading back on this, It sounds like I wont miss Reina at all. Wrong! As you can see here, I love Reina deeply and she's my third favourite member atm. Anyway, Reina's still going to be active! Yay!
They look reaaaaally cool, and most people say they want them to be like SCANDAL which I definitely want to see happen. Marina looks like Jessica from the picture, Reina looks cool, Yuko looks just plain awesome, and Marin looks like she'd fit into and any48 group really well =D I have high hopes for sure!
We've still got a while, so lets appreciate Reina in Morning Musume for the next single or two that we have both of them for! <3
Who'll graduate next? Aika, Sayu or Reina? I'm really curious to see who will.
First off there's the lovely Mitsui Aika ^_^ She's currenty my Favourite Musume along with Eripon. Many people say Aika should graduate and that makes me so sad. She's injured, but as long as She and Tsuku think she's okay, I think she is :D Let's see...
Reasons for graduating:
1. Injury - Although she is recovering, she has week bones. 2. Lack of popularity
Reasons for not graduating:
1. I don't want her too D: 2. The age gap in MoMusu would widen between Haruna (17) and Reina and Sayumi (22). Aika is 19 so she's in the middle and makes everything less awkward.
Sayu and Reina are other Musumes I'd never want to graduate. Like Aika, they are part of the 9-nin line up (nine smile) that I first loved. (Although Miki + Yossie without JunLin Momusu was my first line up).
Reasons to graduate:
1. They're 22 and might be looking to go onto bigger things and start relationships in life.
Reasons not to graduate:
1. Besides Riho and a few others they bring out the Majority of sales now that Aichan and Gaki are leaving.
2. They (Mainly Reina) are main vocalists and characters in the group.
So Which one next?
If a 9ki or 10ki doesn't pull a Sakichii (=[ I miss you Sakichii) and decide she doesn't want to be an Idol (A perfectly reasonable decision, it's her choice and it can be stressful) or get involved in a scandal (Maybe Mizuki or Haruna) then one or two of these girls should graduate next.
I can see it being Aika because they might want to push the 'Last of the 6th generation' thing and make a lot of money.
I can see it being Reina/Sayu next so that they treat Aika as an older senpai and keep her on the sideline so they can focus on rebuilding the new young Morning Musume.
I can't see Reina or Sayu graduating with Aika next because it would be so odd like JunLunEri. The graduation was so Eri focused and I think Aika would be cut off. A Reina/Sayu graduation would be fair and more likely because of their bond.
I can't see a separate Reina or Sayu graduation because then there would be a graduation of a senpai in 2013, 2014 and 2015 which is too long (even though I hate to say it). The girls ought to be leaving soon. One single and one double graduation.
I really can't decide on who it'll probably be, but I see a Reina/Sayu graduation. It could be before or After Aika's graduation.
Only You's PV was released yesterday, while Ai no Dangan's PV was released 4 days ago. I'm now going to review them =)
Let's start with Only You.
SONG
At first glance, this PV is elagent and well put together. But it it really? It's bassically Ai, Reina and Riho feat Robo Gaki and Morning Musume! I even tagged Ai, Riho and Reina because they lead so damn much!
-Don't get me wrong, I think Ai and Reina make the song! Aika and Sayu never get many lines. This was expected. I also didn't expect Erina to get lines because she's terrible at singing (sorry hunny, it's the truth. Oh well, Aika couldn't sing at first) but I was atleast sorta hoping for one. WHAT ABOUT MIZUKI AND KANON? D= I was really shocked since I'd only listened to it once before because I don't like to spoil surprises. Robo Gaki sounds good after a few listens. I really liked the power of her voice in the concert rip though =(
MV
The first thing I didn't like was the diamonds. They were just so fake looking. They should have hung them round the while the were singing, not added them with a cheap green screen...
-As for each individual members, Reina put NO EMOTION in AT ALL. I mean, I know she's meant to be sad, but she's meant to be singing about love, she looks like she's just trying to look pretty the whole time(which is undoubtedly anyway) Ai-chan looked amazing, but it absolutley saddend me to see her sad look on her last line =( Riho looked Pretty and Sayu stunned me =D OMFG YES GAKI'S HAIR WAS GOOD <3 Poor Mitsui and Kanon though...can't say the same. Fuku and Erina looked plain but cute for sure.
-How the PV was put together generally didn't work for me. I think they should have had solo standing up scenes insted of sitting down because when they showed those scenes in the chorus, it took away all the dramaticness of the aggressive dancing!
But I liked it =) Best for a while. Take away the floating Diamonds and it's great haha =D
Now Ai no Dangan
SONG
The song stars Kumai, Miya, Risa and Momo vocally, but I think everyone gets a very fair share of lines ^_^ I was like...'There's noo way they can been Heroine ni Narou Ka' but...OMG THEY DID! THIS SONG IS AMAZING! IT'S FENOMINAL! I LOVE IT! Saki and Risako really rocked it for me. Berryz are coming out with some really awesome stuff lately. No wonder they sparked the H!P love =) Momo and Saki sang some high notes in the last chorus which they...didn't quite reach....but it sounded good nonetheless.
MV
In short, I don't like the PV. I love the outfits, but I hate the close up screen behind them, the cheap greenscreends and backgrounds and rainbows...the list goes on. Frankly, I was just really dissapointed. Risaok and Saki really made the PV WATCHABLE for me.
Other
Also I need to talk about Kiss me Aishiteru, Koi ni booing boo, Momoiro sparkling.
KMA is a song that is just awesome. The PV is pure gold, with the TV from Berryz' 'Watashi no mirai no Danna-sama' and hallways from MoMusu's 'Onna to otoko no Lullaby game'. They look awesome in hot pants~
Momoiro sparkling is...:/ I like the MV because Mai is absolutely adorable. Chisa has the cutest outfit and Nakky and Airi also look adorable. Maimi looks sweet too, but I can't remember the song at all besides the 'Spakuringuu chuu chuu.' and the instumental before they sing. Actually tell a lie, I do upon just thinking about it now, but I had to think a lot =O
Koi ni Booing boo makes me laugh XD I've never disliked a S/mileage song besides Bijin Mama and they are my 2# group besides Momusu. I initially thought I didn't like this song, but it only took a few more listens to fall in love. The lyrics are a bit much though 'All the girls know that boys think dirty things. We know, and we want to tell you from your heart' You wouldn't believe how cute it was X3

Maji desu ka Suka~ {I don't say 'Ska' because they say 'Suka' in the PV] I think this is a good PV and a great so so far. ort of like Koko ni Iruzee.
I don't this single will sell well because of the Tsunami and Earthquake. No one has time to go and buy a CD :( I'm praying for all in Japan, China, the Philipenes, Korea and Hawaii(which it somehow hit too)
Each member is wearing a different coloured Jacket:

Ai-chan: definately looks the most stunning. I'm not saying that just because I'm an Ai-chan fan-girl, she genuinly does. I like her hair short. She's wearing lace tights and a pair of lace gloves, and he shirt has a grey UK flag on it. It's really annoying. HP are always teasing us brits with their UK flags! Ussually it's Buono!(EVERY CONCERT, on album covers and even in the Juicy heart MV!!) and Even Miyabi in Maji bomber! Again, stunning. She wears chains arounf her kneck just like all of them.
Reina's eyes always pop in my opinion. They really stand out and are really nice. When I see her, I just think of Naichau Kamo :) She's wearing over the knee socks, a pink shirt and this time, only once lace glove. The bow on ther head annoys me. THEY ALWAYS PUT A BOW ON HER!
Sayumi, like Ai, is wearing lace gloves and tights. I think that shade of pink really suits her :) Cute ponytail and a chunky bracelet around her right arm.
Gaki-san. I love her hair like that, all bunched up :) Finally they give her something to work with! Her shirt says 'rock' and she definately does rock!
Aika is wearing really long earings, unlinke the others and is given a shite hair style. Makes me really mad. She looks cute though. I love the chains around her neck xD
Erina and Kanon are both wearing shirts with UK flags on them -.- ANOTHER TEASE! Errgh.. It was nice to see Erina smile and Kanon always had this cute fixed grin on her face ^_^ They both wear lace gloves except Kanon has no long socks or lace tights. Erina has knee socks with holes in them.
Mizuki just totally blended in with the older girls. Only Riho, Kanon and Erina really stood out because of their small cutenes :) Erina is wearing lace tights like Ai and Sayu but is the only one to not wear lace gloves. She looks cute and quite a lot like Sayu in the was she dresses here. I love her bright yellow top.
At times Sayashii found it hard to smile. I think for a bit she concentrated to hard on the dancing. She still looked cute and it was a great chose to put her in Yellow. Like Kanon, she wears not long socks or tights, but lace gloves.
